This integrated campaign was created to promote Cashback Plus, a customer reward scheme developed for Swinton that offered increasing discounts the more policies a customer held with the brand.

The idea for Cashback Plus originated as part of a wider client development strategy, designed to help Swinton grow incremental income by encouraging customers to consolidate multiple insurance products under one provider. Rather than pushing aggressive sales messaging, the campaign focused on making the value feel simple, fair and genuinely rewarding.

The creative challenge was to explain a potentially complex proposition in a way that felt clear, accessible and reassuring, particularly important in the insurance category, where trust and transparency are critical. The work positioned Cashback Plus as a thank you for loyalty, not a gimmick, reinforcing Swinton’s role as a practical, customer-first brand.

The campaign ran across press, direct mail and supporting marketing communications, using consistent messaging to demonstrate how customers could save more by taking out additional policies. Each execution balanced clarity with warmth, ensuring the financial benefit was immediately understood while maintaining Swinton’s approachable tone of voice.
