Brand positioning & internal communications for a global innovation consultancy

Brand positioning, messaging and internal communications work for Philips Innovation Services, the internal innovation consultancy operating from Philips’ global innovation hub in Eindhoven.

The project focused on helping Philips Innovation Services clearly articulate its role, value and capabilities to internal stakeholders across Philips’ global business units, as well as to academic partners and universities. The objective was to encourage teams within Philips to engage with Innovation Services as their first choice when developing, realising and bringing new innovations to market—rather than turning to external agencies or consultancies.

The work included the development of a B2B-style internal advertising campaign, internal communications materials and supporting assets designed to clarify the Innovation Services proposition, showcase its expertise and demonstrate how it accelerates innovation from concept through to commercialisation within the Philips ecosystem.
