Bringing complex innovation processes to life through animation
A series of animated films designed to explain and humanise the Philips innovation process.
Created as part of a wider rebrand of the Philips Innovations Department, these films break down each stage of the innovation journey — from idea generation to real-world application — in a clear, engaging and accessible way. I led the creative direction and wrote all scripts, shaping a tone that made complex innovation frameworks feel relevant and approachable for internal and external audiences alike.
The films acted as companion assets to the broader innovation branding programme, helping teams across Philips better understand how the Innovation function could support them and what to expect at each stage of the process. Animation was created by Enzo Esposito and produced by the in-house APS video team, which I built and led as Group Creative Director.
