Content marketing and scripted video to support a connected vehicle data platform.
Content marketing project developed for Wejo, a connected vehicle data company, designed to build awareness of its services through engaging automotive storytelling. The work centred on the creation of a dedicated YouTube channel focused on Renault vehicles, exploring how the brand has evolved over time and gradually introducing themes of connectivity and data.
The content was conceived as a dog’s-leg marketing approach—using brand-led, enthusiast-friendly content to warm audiences before introducing Wejo’s connected vehicle data proposition. The channel content was supported by distribution across YouTube, Instagram and TikTok to maximise reach and engagement.
Over the course of a two-day shoot, a wide range of interviews and scripted content were captured with presenters and Renault vehicle owners. I wrote all scripted material and supported the organisation of the shoot in collaboration with Manchester-based production company Gloode Films, helping shape both the narrative structure and on-screen messaging.
