Brand positioning, tone of voice and website copywriting developed directly with Bodyset, a network of over 40 physiotherapy clinics across the south of England. The project began with the definition of a new brand proposition to support the business’s relaunch into the market, working closely with Bodyset’s internal marketing team.

Alongside the core proposition, the work included defining Bodyset’s brand mission, vision and values, and establishing clear tone of voice principles to guide all future communications. These foundations were then rolled out across the new website and a wide range of marketing assets, ensuring consistency, clarity and confidence at every customer touchpoint.

The result was a cohesive brand platform and digital presence designed to support growth, strengthen differentiation, and clearly communicate Bodyset’s expertise across both consumer and professional audiences.
